Ma non solo. Fare sport fa bene alla forma e anche alla salute.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lo sapevano gli antichi, lo confermano i ricercatori dell&#8217;Universit\u00e0 di Cambridge e della Scuola Norvegese di Scienze dello Sport. Secondo uno studio pubblicato sulla rivista <em>The Lancet<\/em>, <strong>fare almeno un&#8217;ora di movimento al giorno compenserebbe i danni causati da otto ore di sedentariet\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo gli esperti, per una vita sana e attiva, <strong>sport e alimentazione giocherebbero un ruolo fondamentale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Del resto, se si prova a guardare indietro, ai tempi dei nostri nonni, ci si rende conto di come la vita fosse allora pi\u00f9 salutare. Una corretta alimentazione pu\u00f2 aiutare. Tra le buone pratiche, <strong>assumere antiossidanti, vitamine e grassi &#8220;buoni&#8221; ricchi di omega3<\/strong>. E poi, molti liquidi. <strong>Bere almeno 2 litri di acqua al giorno, <\/strong>infatti, rende la nostra pelle pi\u00f9 elastica aiutandola a contrastare i radicali liberi. Saltare i pasti \u00e8 assolutamente controproducente e non aiuta certo a perdere peso. <strong>Mangiare poco e spesso<\/strong>, invece, aiuta ad accelerare il metabolismo, fornendo inoltre al corpo pi\u00f9 energia e un senso di saziet\u00e0 che frena la voglia di spuntino.<\/p>\n<h3>Bisogna muoversi<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanit\u00e0 promuove ormai da tempo campagne che suggeriscono lo svolgimento di una qualsiasi attivit\u00e0 fisica. Fare giornalmente un po\u2019 di movimento, infatti, aiuta non solo a gestire il peso corporeo, ma anche a prevenire in modo naturale numerose patologie.
