Ma l&#8217;obiettivo \u00e8 di portarli nell&#8217;arco di 12 mesi a quota 1.500, che \u00e8 la base minima per offrire una spesa completa\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>La campagna di crowdfunding<\/h3>\n<p>Foodu ha lanciato una campagna di equity crowdfunding su <strong>Mamacrowd<\/strong>. L\u2019azienda punta, attraverso la raccolta fondi, ad espandere la presenza nel mercato della spesa online, ad attirare nuovi soci e ad accompagnare i produttori coinvolti in un processo di trasformazione \u201cconsumer centric\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cFoodu \u00e8 il primo e-commerce alimentare partecipativo in Italia <\/em>&#8211; sottolineano dalla startup &#8211;<em> Foodu ha ribaltato il processo di assortimento: non \u00e8 l&#8217;ufficio acquisti a decidere cosa mettere sugli scaffali, ma i consumatori stessi. Sono questi ultimi infatti a proporre i prodotti da aggiungere al catalogo. Ogni prodotto per\u00f2, prima di essere messo in vendita, viene validato dai nutrizionisti della community e da alcuni clienti speciali chiamati Approver, che ne valutano il gusto. <\/em><em>Gli Approver acquistano gli articoli in anteprima a prezzi scontati, in cambio di una valutazione mediante test comparativi. Infatti li confrontano con i prodotti analoghi che utilizzano abitualmente, rendendo cos\u00ec il test pi\u00f9 efficace per trovare prodotti realmente pi\u00f9 buoni.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Foodu coinvolge tutta la filiera. I consumatori della community infatti si mettono a disposizione dei produttori e li aiutano a migliorare i loro prodotti, attraverso un innovativo servizio B2B di Product Testing. <\/em><em>Il servizio B2B consente di monetizzare da subito la community, mentre il mercato B2C garantisce una enorme scalabilit\u00e0. L\u2019e-commerce \u00e8 infatti solo un punto di partenza di un modello che intendiamo portare anche nei canali fisici.
